Netmo Classic or Netmo 2?
Everything you should know as a Netmo Classic user – and a side-by-side comparison of the two apps.
The most important thing first
Netmo Classic is not being discontinued for now. The app will keep running until autumn 2027 at the very least and will receive necessary bug-fix updates, but no new features.
Why upgrading to Netmo 2 is still worth it
All new features are exclusive to Netmo 2. Netmo 2 is a standalone app, so you can keep using Netmo Classic alongside it at any time.

What about the price?
Unfortunately, Apple offers no way to give existing customers a discount on a new app in the store. Instead, Netmo 2 is available at a reduced introductory price for a short time after release.
Netmo Classic has been in the store since 2017 – for almost 10 years now with no subscription, no in-app purchases and never an extra charge. Netmo 2 costs €5.99, and just €3.99 during the introductory period after release.
Netmo Classic remains available for now.
