Getting started
- Quick Start: up and running in 5 minutesIn Focus one you first capture everything in the Inbox, sort it later and bring only the most important things into Focus.
- Import from Apple RemindersYou can bring lists from Apple Reminders into Focus one. Tasks land in the Inbox or, with Pro, in projects of your choice.Partly Pro
Concepts
- How Focus one worksFocus one follows a four-step process: capture, process, focus, complete.
- AreasAreas separate your life and work areas, for example Office, Home or Club. When an area is active, you only see its projects and tasks.
- The standard listsThe main screen has eight fixed lists, plus your projects (filtered by area). Each list has a filter field to search within that list only.
- Next“Next” is your working stock for today. Three sources fill the list, and they appear as three groups.
- ProjectsA project is a collection of related tasks with a common goal.
- Focus: seeing less at onceFocus one narrows your choices in four steps, each usable on its own. Ten tasks become three.
