Working with others

Can I edit tasks and projects together with others? No. Focus one is a personal task manager. There is deliberately no feature for teams or groups.

• Privacy: Your data only goes through your private iCloud. Sharing with others would break this closed circle.
• Focus: Focus one is meant to reduce noise and does without the complexity of team tools.

Tip: If you work on a shared project, plan the steps you are responsible for yourself in Focus one.
