Drag and drop. In “Scheduled” you drag a task onto a day; even empty days have a plus. On iPad and Mac you can also drag tasks into other lists and projects.
Editing several tasks at once (Pro). In the list, tap Edit and select the tasks. All (⌘A on the Mac) selects them all. Then you can change, for example, the date, project, area, tags or list for all of them at once, or complete and delete them. The changes are collected: with Apply (✓) they take effect for all selected tasks, with Discard (✕) they disappear again.
Undo and Redo (since version 2026.10.2). On the Mac, use ⌘Z and ⇧⌘Z; on iPhone and iPad there are buttons for Undo and Redo. After a change, a notice with “Undo” also appears. This covers, for example, checking off, moving, scheduling, changing Focus, changing tags, setting a reminder, changing the order and editing. If the task was changed in the meantime, Focus one reports “Not possible: the task was changed in the meantime”.
