Attachments

You can attach files and links to tasks: take a photo (iPhone), photo from the library, scan a document (iPhone), file or link. With ⌘V you paste content from the clipboard directly. Attachments are stored in your iCloud and stay visible even after Pro ends. New attachments require Pro.

If you drag an email into Focus one on the iPad or Mac, a link to the email is attached to the new task. This is Mail Drop and requires Pro.

Limits. Up to 10 attachments per task are possible, and each file can be up to 10 MB. Image quality. Under Settings → Integrations → Attachments (Pro), you choose Original, Standard (2048 px) or Small (1024 px). Photos and images are reduced when added; PDFs and other files stay unchanged. The setting only applies to new attachments. Under Manage attachments you see all attachments and can delete them. The files are stored in iCloud; deleted attachments are removed from storage after a safety period.
